Mr. Hara, originally from Goto, Kyushu, acquires mining rights for a graphite mine on the Korean Peninsula
1918
HARA TRADING COMPANY LIMITED establish and begin shipping business and graphite mining and sales
1950
Start importing and selling Korean amorphous graphite through importers such as DAIICHI BUSSAN COMPANY(currently MITSUI & CO.,LTD.)
1955
Became an agent for DAIICHI BUSSAN COMPANY(currently MITSUI & CO.,LTD.), and begin importing and selling clay and flake graphite through the company
1980
Became an agent for NIPPN CARBON CO.,LTD and begin importing and selling synthetic graphite electrodes, synthetic graphite, specialty carbon products, and graphite fossil oil coke through the company
